Many incoming students are asking the question of when you will be set up with your COOL account… COOL is an online resource for our students to sign up for events, apply for jobs, gain access to documents required for applications, etc. Incoming, registered students starting this September will be given access and will receive an email in about a week from now with information on how to connect to COOL. Once in COOL, you will be able to start registering for upcoming events posted, view & apply for jobs, access documents, etc.

Please note that if you are planning on signing up for a PhotoBook session and are unable to do so once gaining COOL access (due to the short turnaround), please email the DAP student club at info@ubcdapclub.com. If there is interest in another session, they will host another time for incoming students later in August.
