Just a quick reminder that if you first became eligible for the AMS/GSS Health & Dental Plan this January, the deadline to opt-out is Monday, January 26th.  If you plan to request an opt-out and haven’t done so yet, please make sure you follow the directions on the Health & Dental plan website to submit a request and please do this before the deadline.  We have no authority to grant extensions on this deadline or approve opt-out requests, so if you don’t request an opt-out, you will be responsible for paying the plan fee as part of your student fees, regardless of whether you plan to use the plan or not.
