The KPMG Accounting Scholarship encourages and promotes careers in the accounting profession in Canada. It is for students who have demonstrated a high level of academic achievement and have made positive contributions to their schools and communities with their leadership skills and involvement in extracurricular activities.
KPMG is pleased to offer one national scholarships valued at $5,000, which will be awarded to an exceptional full-time university students entering into second, third or fourth year. This is an invaluable opportunity to develop your potential and grow your career in the challenging and ever-changing world of accounting.
The following documents are required for application:
- Cover letter and resume
- Two academic reference letters with contact information
- Transcript
- Personal essay responses (500 words each) to the following questions:
- Describe your passion and commitment to a career as a CPA.
- Describe an important activity or initiative that you lead, and how this experience has prepared you for your future career.
