U-Passes Linked to Compass Card Starting May 16th

Starting May 16th, the U-Pass will be linked to Translink’s new Compass Card program and you will no longer need to pick-up a paper U-Pass monthly. All students registered in Summer Session courses will be eligible for Compass Card. Please visit the U-Pass/Compass Card page on UBC’s Campus & Community Planning website for further instructions on picking up your Compass Card and linking your Compass Card to your U-Pass.

    Hi Celeste,

I tried getting my Compass Card on the 17th but the machine read “Sorry, U-Pass denied.” I am registered in summer courses and have paid my student feeds so I am eligible. I’m wondering if any other DAP students are having the same issue.

    Thanks,
    Percy

Hi Percy – can you please send an e-mail to dap@sauder.ubc.ca with your student number, so we can look into this for you? Or, if you’re at the Bookstore and you’re still having difficulties, please check-in with the carding office at the back of the Bookstore. They may be able to help you with this as well.

        Hi Celeste,

I was able to get my card today so the issue has been resolved. Thank you for your help.
