If you plan to request an opt-out from the AMS/GSS Health & Dental Plan, the change of coverage period is now open and will be until September 29th. You can find instructions on how to opt-out on the Opt-Out page of the AMS/GSS Health & Dental Plan’s website. This fee will remain payable until your opt-out is requested and approved.
