If you are planning to go through CPA Recruit this year, you will not want to miss the Summer Workshop Series co-hosted by the BCC and DAP to help with your planning over the summer months and to find out how to make a big impact on your success of landing a position this year.
The first two workshops in these series are:
- Workshop #1 – CPA Recruit Overview and Best Practices | May 16th, 4:30 pm to 6:15 pm
This workshop will provide you with an overview of the entire recruit process, including best practices and a discussion of important changes to the recruitment cycle this year. - Workshop #2 – Networking Refresher | June 7th, 4:30 pm to 6:15 pm, followed by Alumni Mixer starting at 6:30 pm
In this workshop, we’ll be taking a look at how you can best prepare for the upcoming networking events held by the DAP Student Club and CPABC. We’ll discuss how to prepare, ask great question and clearly brand yourself to ensure they remember you (in a good way!). Following the workshop, we will be holding an Alumni Mixer to provide you with an opportunity to meet with Sauder Alums who have gone through this process in past year, practice your networking skills and make valuable contacts moving forward.
