UBC Wellness Centre – Services and Supports During Exams

The UBC Wellness Centre is offering a number of wellness resources to support student health & wellbeing during exams: 

Take a Wellness Break: Daily Ways to Wellness Moments: From December 7th to 18th (Monday to Friday) at 12:30-1pm PST, join the Peer Health Educators to unwind and pick up a helpful tip or two to get you through exams! Join here

Ask a Wellness Centre Navigator: Explore and ask about health and wellness resources, services and supports with Wellness Centre Navigators who are trained students available online. Email us or drop in to our virtual info desk (chat or video call), Passcode: 123456

Talk to a Wellness Peer:  Have a one-on-one conversation online for up to 30 minutes with a trained student to help you navigate your student experience. Supportive conversations with a Peer can help you to reflect on your experiences, explore your support options, and learn about wellbeing.
