This is a must for any student going through the CPA Fall Recruit. Hi Kamal – The link should be working. Can you please try clearing your browser cache and/or accessing the link with a different browser? Please let us know if this doesn’t resolve the issue.

I had the same problem as Kamal. I tried clicking into the survey from both Safari and Firefox and neither worked for me – with an “error 404” message appearing both times.
Hi Troy – can you try Internet Explorer? I’ve seen the same error message with Firefox, but it worked right away when I used Internet Explorer. Please let us know if this doesn’t resolve the issue.

I had the same problem; I tried again after clearing my browsing data and still couldn’t access the survey page – was getting “error 404” as well.
HI guys – I had this exact same error earlier. Try not directly clicking on the link and instead copy and pasting it into the browser’s URL. By doing this I was able to enter the proper page.

Hi everyone – unfortunately, I’m not really sure myself what the problem is with the link. It seems to only work under certain conditions. As mentioned previously, trying a different browser and clearing the browser cache does seem to resolve the issue in some cases. As Tino mentioned, copying and pasting the URL into the browser address bar, rather than click the hyperlink, worked for him, so you may want to try this as well. Please do continue to let us know if you’re not able to access the form.
I have reached the survey page but the following message is displayed
“The survey you are trying to take is either not live or not available to you. ”
Is the group still open to students to join?

Thank you for the reply. I have tried using firefox and internet explorer, and i have tried using different computers as well. I have also tried copy and pasting the link and none of these have worked so far. Is there anything else we can try to do?

Hi Jasmine – have you tried to use the link provided to register for the Connect page yet? If not, this should be done first. If you’re still having difficulties, please send an e-mail to the DAP office (dap@sauder.ubc.ca) with your student number and your CWL login name and we can look into this for you.
