The DAP Student Club will be holding the Mid-Size Speed Networking Event on June 17th, 5:30 pm to 8:30 pm at Robson Square. Registration for this event will open on June 5th. Please see below and the DAP Student Club’s website for more information.
The DAP Student Club would like to invite you to its Mid-Size Speed Networking! Got a burning question you’re dying to ask? Or maybe you’re just interested in meeting representatives from a variety of international, national and mid-sized CPA firms. This event is a great opportunity for you to mingle with many professionals.

Click here to access the link for the EventBrite page. Please note that an RSVP would not be sufficient for an admission to the event on June 17th; one has to also present their (a) proof of purchase and (b) confirmation of enrolment in DAP upon check-in.
Only those who have paid for tickets will be admitted to the event. Option to purchase the event tickets will be on an invitation-only basis, and will be determined by the order that the RSVP was placed. RSVPs are limited one per person.
Also, please note that space is limited to 100 students. Only the first 100 RSVPs will be contacted for an option to purchase the ticket. A waitlist will be provided and students will be automatically contacted once a spot opens up. Additional tickets will only be released once a student cancels.
The DAP Student Club reserves the right to prohibit students, who register and fail to attend, from attending future events. We require 48-hours notice prior to the event to confirm your absence. Also, there will be no refunds on cancelled RSVP’s after your registration is confirmed by the DAP Student Club. Admission: $16.89 to be paid after being invited to the event ticket purchase page.
Where: UBC Robson Square, 800 Robson St, Vancouver, BC V6Z 3B7
When: Wednesday, June 17th, 5:30pm to 8:30pm. Please arrive at 5:00pm to check-in.
Dress Code: Business Formal
Men must wear a jacket with a tie and tailored pants or a suit and tie. Women have the option to wear dresses, suits, skirts with blouses, tailored trousers with blouses, or evening pants.
Food & Drinks: Assorted cold and hot canapés. Refreshments will also be available.

In order to ensure all DAP students are given a fair opportunity, priority will be given to students who have not attended past events for the 2015 summer recruit season. Students will be allowed to register for up to two events for the following events:
- 9th Annual Monte Carlo Casino Night
- Mid-Size Speed Networking Event
- Alumni Night
- Summer BBQ
Upon successfully securing an RSVP spot, students will be contacted via email for an option to purchase the tickets on a separate Eventbrite page. Eventbrite only accepts Visa and Mastercard as forms of payment. Limit of one ticket per student. The ticket requires unique attendee information and are non-transferable.
