As there are still a few open spots on COOL, we have removed the restriction of 2 office hour spots per student. However, students are still restricted to 1 office hour spot per firm.  In fact, showing up for more than one appointment with the same firm would reflect very poorly on you with that firm, so there is no benefit for you to do so.

COOL will not block students from registering in more than the maximum permitted number of office hours per firm; however, the list of appointments is reviewed on a regular basis.  Any student who has booked more appointments than permitted will be given notice to adjust their appointments, but after the deadline passes, appointments will be cancelled for any student who has exceeded the maximum number of permitted appointments.
