How do I get an unofficial transcript? (Option 3 recommended)

Option 1:

Step 1: Login to the Student Service Centre.
Step 2: Click on “Your Grades Summary” from the main page quick links or from the “Grades & Records” link at the top of the page.
Step 3: A window will pop up and you should click on the “Print” link located at the top right hand side.
Note: Transfer grades to Transcript template (unofficial), found in the Resources section on COOL.

Option 2:

You can order official transcripts and make copies for each employer you apply to. This will look much more professional and is highly recommended when applying to firms.

Step 1: Official transcripts can be ordered directly from the offices at Brock Hall, or online through the Student Service Centre. Click on “Order Transcripts” on the main landing page. A window will pop up and it will prompt you to enter the quantity you require and your payment method. Processing an order typically takes two business days. You have the option of either having your transcript mailed out to an address you specify on your order form, or picking it up from Brock Hall in person.
Step 2: Scan and/or make copies of the transcript.

Option 3 (Recommended):

Request an unofficial transcript be sent via email through the DAP office at dap@sauder.ubc.ca. Make sure to include your student number in your email request so we can locate your file. For security reasons, the transcript will be sent to the email associated with your student number, located on the Student Service Centre (SSC). This transcript will look the same as the one ordered through the SSC, but in pdf form. Please note, it will take approximately 2-3 business days to receive a response, so make sure to request this as soon as all of your summer grades have been posted.

Also, a reminder to also be including unofficial transcripts for all other post-secondary coursework. On top of your DAP unofficial transcript, firms expect to see both your undergraduate degree unofficial transcript, as well as any other coursework you have taken at the post-secondary level.
