If you first became eligible for the AMS/GSS Health & Dental Plan this January, please be reminded that the deadline to request an opt-out is this Friday, January 24th.   Instructions can be found on the AMS/GSS Health & Dental Plan website.   If you are eligible for an opt-out, please ensure you submit your request by the required deadline.  This opt-opt period only applies to students who were not eligible for the plan during Winter Term 1 (September to December), either through DAP or other UBC programs.
