The Change-of-Coverage period for the AMS/GSS Health & Dental Plan is now open.   If you do not want to be covered by the plan and are eligible to opt-out, please ensure you follow the instructions on the plan’s How to Opt Out page to submit your request for an opt-out by the September 23, 2014.

The DAP office does not have any authority to approve opt-outs or extend the opt-out request deadline.   If you are approved for an opt-out, the plan administrators will notify our office and we’ll update your fee assessment at that time. However, until the opt-out has been approved, the fee will be payable.
