The Winter Term 2 final exam schedule is now available on UBC’s Exam Schedule page and you’ll also find your personal exam schedule updated on SSC.

Please note the following recent updates to the Winter Term 2 schedule, affecting select sections of BUSI 353, 354, 355, 450 and 455:

• BUSI 353, Sec 201 – room has been changed to Robson Square, Room C440 (previously Robson Square, Room C180)
• BUSI 353, Sec 202 – room has been changed to Henry Angus, Room 234 (previously Henry Angus, Room 350)
• BUSI 354, Sec 201 – room has been changed to Henry Angus, Room 345 (previously Henry Angus, Room 491)
• BUSI 355, Sec 203 – room has been changed to Robson Square, Room C440 (previously Robson Square, Room C180)
• BUSI 450, Sec 203 – room has been changed to Robson Square, Room C440 (previously Robson Square, Room C180)
• BUSI 455, Sec 201 – instructor has been updated to Grant Mowbray (previously TBA)

Welcome to all new and returning DAP students starting or continuing with your studies in the program this term!

Please note the following reminders as get ready to start the term:

• Winter Term 2 classes start on Monday, January 6th
• Please ensure you note the course withdrawal deadlines and registration deadlines for the term and make any changes you plan to make to your schedule by these deadlines.
• Review your timetable on the UBC Student Service Centre (SSC). If you have any questions about your schedule, please get in touch with our office. Your schedule will also provide you with your classroom locations.
• Review your course outlines, which will also list any required or recommended textbooks or course notes packages. You can also create a personalized list of required/recommended textbooks on the UBC Bookstore website. Your course outlines will also tell you when you can expect to see that course on Canvas.
• Final exams will be held from April 14th to 29th, inclusive. The detailed schedule will be available in mid-February. Until the final exam schedule is released, you should plan to be available for the entire exam period from April 14th to 18th.
• Applications for new student cards or renewal of expired cards may be submitted online for in-person pick-up at the UBC Carding Office, located in the UBC Bookstore (reminder – a valid student card is required to load your monthly U-Pass on to your Translink Compass Card)
• Check your financial summary on SSC for your UBC & AMS student fee assessment for this term, along with the applicable due dates
