Whether the interview is by phone, video recording, live video, individual, panel, conversational, structured you will need to be ready for any and every eventuality. Then, as you move on to second level interviews you will need strategies to perform even better than the first phase. Learn how to plan to meet recruiting staff, managers or partners which are all possible during the PPR interviewing process. Be prepared for and make the best of each opportunity by understanding what firms are expecting and how to construct your responses in an impacting way.
