Attend our Fall Public Practice Recruit (PPR) Overview workshop on May 20th, 5 pm where you’ll learn how the recruiting process will work during the COVID-19 pandemic and how to give yourself the greatest chance at success during these challenging times. Discover the NEW CPABC Recruitment Framework, Student Club Activities about your options and deadlines to connect with the firms. Leave with some concrete action items to begin learning about public accounting firms, connecting with firm staff during the NEW NORMAL and preparing prior to when the job postings go public.

This workshop will be held online through Canvas and registered students will be sent instructions for access on the morning of Wednesday, May 20th.

Online Event | Alumni Office Hours with Sharon Sidhu, Senior Recruiter with KPMG – May 13th, 12:30 pm

The Centre for Student Involvement and Careers, in partnership with the UBC Hub of Ten Thousand Coffees, is excited to bring you a virtual mentorship and networking opportunity to connect with UBC Alumna, Sharon Sidhu. This event is open to all students.

Sharon currently works with KPMG as a Senior Recruiter supporting the Advisory/Consulting practice. Prior to working with KPMG Sharon spent some time in the financial services sector supporting recruiting for retail banking.
